Ko Wendy Biddle toku ingoa.
I have been a part of Te Reo Irirangi o Ngati Raukawa since it’s humble beginnings in September 1990 and although we’ve had our fair share of challenges along the way it’s still great to be a part of an organisation that supports through broadcasting, the survival and retention of our Reo Rangatira.
In January this year I was honoured to take up the position of Station Manager after Emare Nikora (our previous Station Manager of 18 years), decided it was time for her to move aside. I therefore thank Emare and the Raukawa Fm Trustees for the opportunity and look forward to the challenges that come my way.
This year, under the umbrella of Raukawa Communications, Raukawa Fm have expanded to Raukawa TV Production and Broadcasting and I therefore look forward to the continued support of our Iwi and Community and extend an invitation to one and all to come and share your stories and ideas, so that we can broadcast what is unique within our community.
